1. Beta status

The Invest AI platform is in private beta. The underlying fund is currently operating in paper-trading mode. No real client capital is being deployed or managed.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Invest AI, Inc. is not currently registered as an investment adviser. All content is for informational purposes only.

3. Risk

All investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations.

4. Beta access

Beta access is gated. The first 10 users are manually approved. Continued access is at the operator's discretion.
