AI Model Risk. Our investment model uses mathematical and statistical methods that may not perform as expected in all market conditions. Model performance may degrade over time as market conditions change. There is no guarantee that the model will generate positive returns.
Market Risk. Securities and other assets are subject to market risk, including price volatility, liquidity risk, and counterparty risk. Crypto assets in particular are subject to extreme price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and may have limited liquidity.
Concentration Risk. While our model diversifies across asset classes, concentrated positions in individual securities or sectors may result in significant losses.
Leverage and Derivatives Risk. To the extent permitted by our investment mandate, the use of leverage or derivatives may amplify losses.
Technology Risk. Our platform depends on technology systems. Technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, or data errors could adversely affect our ability to execute the investment strategy.
Regulatory Risk. Investment regulations may change. Changes in law or regulation could adversely affect our ability to operate or the performance of our investment strategy.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invest AI platform, website, and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by Invest AI, Inc. ("Invest AI," "we," "us," or "our").
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our Services. Investment services are available only to individuals who qualify as "accredited investors" as defined under Rule 501 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933.
Account Registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Limited Power of Attorney. By opening an account, you grant Invest AI a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) to execute trades on your behalf within your Interactive Brokers account. This LPOA is limited to trading activities and does not authorize withdrawal of funds to Invest AI or any third party.
Fees. You agree to pay a performance fee of 25% of net new profits, calculated quarterly based on a high-water mark. No management fee is charged. Fees are deducted from your account at the end of each quarter.
Termination. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will liquidate your positions and return your funds, subject to standard settlement periods.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invest AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
This Privacy Policy describes how Invest AI, Inc. collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our Services.
Information We Collect. We collect information you provide directly to us (name, email, financial information for account opening), information collected automatically (usage data, device information, IP address), and information from third parties (identity verification services, our custodian Interactive Brokers).
How We Use Information. We use your information to provide and improve our Services, process transactions, send communications, comply with legal obligations, and detect and prevent fraud.
Information Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who assist us in providing our Services (subject to confidentiality obligations), our custodian (Interactive Brokers), as required by law or regulation, and with your consent.
Data Security. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. However, no security system is impenetrable.
Your Rights. You may access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us at privacy@investai.fund. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Do Not Sell. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Contact privacy@investai.fund for more information.

Hypothetical Performance. All performance data shown on this website is hypothetical and backtested. It does not represent actual investor returns. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations, including the benefit of hindsight, the ability to change the strategy after the fact, and the fact that they do not reflect actual trading or the impact of transaction costs, taxes, or fees.
Simulated Performance Disclosure. Simulated performance results are achieved by retroactively applying a model to historical data. The investment services offered by Invest AI are available only to "accredited investors" as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Definition. An accredited investor includes, among others: (1) an individual with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) with a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year; or (2) an individual with a net worth exceeding $1,000,000 (excluding the value of the primary residence), either alone or jointly with a spouse; or (3) a holder of certain professional certifications, designations, or credentials.
Verification. We will verify your accredited investor status during the onboarding process. Providing false information regarding your accredited investor status may result in termination of your account and may have legal consequences.
